ATTORNEY PROFILES:

Michael S. Donsky is a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law. Michael practices exclusively in defense litigation. He has extensive experience in bodily injury and automobile negligence issues as well as in insurance, trucking, premises liability and product liability. He routinely represents individuals, corporate entities and insurance companies in matters involving wrongful death claims and catastrophic injury claims.

Mr. Donsky has been engaged in civil litigation since 1988, in both Federal and Florida State Courts. From 1982-1988, he was an Assistant Public Defender handling felony cases.

Michael received his B.A. degree from Skidmore College in 1978, a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago in 1979 and a J.D. degree from the University of Florida in 1982.

Recently, Mr. Donsky was recognized as one of  Florida's 'Star Search Super Lawyers' in a statewide publication.

Andy B. Parmenter has a been a member of the Florida Bar since 1981. His practice is focused exclusively on defense litigation. Andy possesses substantial experience handling serious injury and wrongful death claims arising out of automobile, motorcycle and tractor-trailer accidents. Additionally, he regularly represents clients in cases involving premises liability, insurance coverage issues, general negligence, product liability and subrogation of fire, water damage and other property damage issues.

Mr. Parmenter also has vast experience in related areas of civil law including Plaintiff’s personal injury, business law, residential and commercial landlord - tenant law. His professional background includes experience as a liability claims adjuster for a major insurance carrier.

Andy earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980. He also graduated with a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from UF in 1977. He is presently admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in Florida. He has served on the Board of Directors of various associations, corporations and other civic organizations.

Dudley D. Birder, Jr. serves of counsel to the firm. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law.  Since 1982, Dudley has successfully litigated, tried and settled thousands of civil cases.  Moreover, since 1999, as a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator, Dudley has mediated more than 1,000 disputes throughout Central and North Florida. In addition to his mediation practice, Dudley concentrates in litigation utilizing his extensive background handling wrongful death claims and catastrophic injury claims. He has additional extensive experience in personal injury, automobile negligence, trucking negligence, insurance, professional malpractice and premises liability as well as in numerous related issues.
